If you are experiencing issues with e-mail verification and getting a message that your link is invalid or expired - it may be due to your mobile browser blocking cookies on the site.
You will need to enable cookies in your web browser and then refresh the page to verify your email.

Enable cookies in Chrome (Web)
- Open your Chrome browser and click on the 3 dots
in the top right-hang corner.
- Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
- In the Settings menu, select "Privacy and Security" from the left-hand navigation menu. Then select "Cookies and other site data".
- Please ensure you have either "Block third-party cookies in incognito" OR "Block third-party cookies" selected. Then refresh your verification page to complete e-mail verification.
Enable cookies in Chrome (Mobile)
Note: on iOS devices Chrome cookies are automatically turned on and stay on.
For Android devices:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app
.
- At the top right, tap the three dots
then tap "Settings".
- Tap "Site Settings", then "Cookies".
- Turn Cookies on using the toggle.
- Refresh your verification page to complete e-mail verification.
Enable cookies in Safari (Web)
- Open your Safari browser and click on "Safari" then "Preferences" using the top menu.
- Select "Privacy" from the top tabs, then deselect "Block all cookies". Please refresh your page to complete email verification.
Enable cookies in Safari (Mobile)
- Open "Settings" app on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and select "Safari".
- Scroll down to the cookies section and make sure "Block all cookies" is disabled using the toggle.
- Refresh your verification page to complete e-mail verification.
Enable cookies in Firefox (Web)
- Click the 3 horizontal lines button in the top-right corner for your Firefox browser, then select "Settings"
- Select "Privacy & Security" from the left-hand navigation menu. Ensure your Browser Privacy settings are set to "Standard".
- Refresh your verification page to complete e-mail verification.
Enable cookies in Firefox (Mobile)
- Open your Firefox app on your mobile device.
- Tap on the 3 horizontal lines button in the bottom-right corner of your browser, then select "Settings".
- Scroll down to the Privacy section and tap on "Tracking Protection".
- Select the "Standard" option.
- Refresh your verification page to complete your e-mail verification.
